The political and economic international agreements after the Second World War accelerated this process even further. The encounters and relationships between ancient civilizations and the colonization processes initiated during the Age of Discoveries were archaic and early-modern forms of globalization. International trade, capital flows, migration, technological transfer and cultural exchanges are some of the typical manifestations of this process. Globalization is a process of growing exchange, interaction and integration between people, governments and private organizations across the globe.
